How do I receive my files?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll have instant access to download your files from the order confirmation page. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a download link, so you can access your artwork anytime.

Do I receive a physical product?

No. This is a digital download only. No physical product or frame will be shipped.

What file sizes are included?

The included file sizes may vary depending on the artwork. Please refer to the product description for the exact sizes and ratios included with each listing.

Where can I print my artwork?

You can print your artwork at home, through a local print shop, or by using a professional online printing service.

Will the printed colors match what I see on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, printer, paper, and printing method.

Can I print the artwork more than once?

Yes! You may print your purchased artwork as many times as you’d like for your own personal use.

Can I use the artwork commercially?

All artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use, resale or redistribution of the files is not permitted.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your purchase has been completed, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered.

Can I request a custom design?

Custom designs aren’t available at the moment, but it’s something we may consider in the future.
